Welcome!

Welcome to my blog! I’d like to start by introducing myself – my name is Tasha, I’m 23 years old and currently obese according to the NHS! I’ve battled with my weight for years as I’ve always been such a food lover! That mixed with battling depression and anxiety has had quite the affect and through my darkest times food was the only comfort I had! That led me to have a very unhealthy relationship with food, which I will speak more about in future blog posts!

The main purpose of my blog is to document my process through prep and the changes in my body, mind and fitness. At the beginning of January 2018 I met an amazing man, who is now my personal trainer, with his support, guidance and expertise (also patience of a saint!!) he has got me to the point in my life where I have a healthy relationship with my food, I enjoy exercising and I am happy! – which I couldn’t say this time last year and a day I never thought I’d see! Now I want to push my bodies limits to the maximum, prove to myself and others I am capable, and prep for a professional photo shoot, where I aim to look my absolute best and top form! This will be a hell of a journey, I know there will be bumps in the road, but I hope by documenting each step, sharing my progress, recipes, workouts ect, I am able to inspire others and keep myself motivated in the process! It’s my absolute dream to be able to help people and if I could help at least one person know there worth and that they CAN do this, then I would have succeeded! Because I was once the girl who never thought I could, and I am determined to prove to others they can too!
